What led you to a career in technology?
My studies in engineering.
What motivates you to go above and beyond in your current position?
I love technology and how it can change the landscape of almost everything. It impacts our everyday lives and advances our ability to grow and change. I also love to help others in technology pursue careers and grow in their careers.
What is the most fascinating lesson you have learned while working with technology?
That nothing stays the same. Everything is about embracing change.
What is unique about you personally?
I would say I'm an outgoing engineer, which is rare, but I'm also contently trying to learn. I want to understand and ask questions to really know how things work.

What is unique about you professionally?
I'm a melting pot of backgrounds and information. I combine technical, financial, managerial, and strategy experiences, which is really rare. It’s also what helps me to make sound decisions.
What is your most admirable quality?
My desire to help others succeed.
Why is diversity, equality, and inclusion necessary for this industry?
Different viewpoints and backgrounds are instrumental for growth and thinking outside the box for new technologies.
What aspect of the industry has the most potential for growth, and how can we accelerate that?
This is a hard question. Technology, in general, still has so much room to grow in terms of cyber in space, the IoT, the metaverse, and cloud.
Where does the industry need the most improvement, and what can we learn from the current shortcomings?
Not sure if I can say where most improvement is needed, but I would love to see a way to provide more stability in financial markets.
When you imagine the future technology, what does it look like?
Wow! Well, drones delivering packages to your house, superfast airplanes or rockets for flights all over the world, only electric cars, and a much more connected universe.
What advice do you have for women and other minorities who are currently working in the industry but don’t necessarily feel like they belong?
Find a mentor or a peer they like, have coffee together monthly, and develop that relationship. Also, my door is always open!
What advice do you have for young girls who may be interested in a future career in technology?
There are so many options for careers in technology. — do it! Speak up, think outside the box, and raise your hand.
