What aspect of the industry do you think has the most potential for growth, and, on the other hand, which aspect do you think needs the most improvement?
I see the greatest potential for growth in digital infrastructure. It is the underlying foundation for all of the technological advancements in AI, machine learning, autonomous vehicles, IoT, and telehealth, among others. In order to support the exponential growth in this arena, we will need in invest in the digital infrastructure to meet capacity needs.
I view the most significant opportunity for improvement is in closing the digital divide and connectivity gap. By improving access to information and technology for underprivileged individuals and groups and underserved markets, we can help alleviate some of the economic barriers to education and prosperity.
When you imagine the future of the technology industry, what does it look like?
I have a vision of seeing technology continuing to innovate while contributing to a clean energy economy. Advancements in renewable energy, hydrogen power, and fuel cells have the potential to lower our carbon footprint and create cleaner, more sustainable technologies.
What is the most valuable life lesson you have learned so far and how has it helped you in your career?
I have learned to bring my authentic self to every situation. Being open and authentic has allowed me to see the growth potential in new experiences and challenges. By assessing my own strengths and weaknesses I’ve been able to grow professionally. I lead by example and practice the same values and behaviors I expect from my team.

Growing, transformative, and successful.
